Fun Stuff We've Been Up to This December...

I know that I've said it before, but I'll say it again, with just as much love and appreciation for the silly girl that she is - Avery is WEIRD. Here she is doing a happy dance. And trust me, the camera did NOT capture the oddity that she is...

And now being a goober and climbing on stuff...

Here they are being big goobers together. Morgan was the "guy" who fixes cars. Avery's car broke down and needed to be towed. So Morgan attached hers to Avery's with a cord, then dragged her across the floor. I have video of it that's pretty hilarious, especially when they stop to open Morgan's ATV front and fix it with sound effects!

And then we got to Morgan's FIRST HOLIDAY CONCERT!!!!!!!!!!! Holy shnikies! A huge first! So of course I went to Target and got her a pretty outfit (love the sweater dresses!) and did her hair real nice - finally got a hairband in there! (However, Avery was more interested in looking at herself in the mirror than the camera. Oh well).

Then we got to school and Morgan played with her BFF Molly before the show!

 Another first was Morgan getting to go to First Theater's production of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer! We had second row seats right next to the middle of the stage where the actors would enter and exit - and wouldn't ya know??? Morgan was SO interested in where they were going! She kept leaning over the rail to see the doors and the characters, and was especially excited when the blizzard hit from those doors and blew fake snow everywhere!!!!

Then, and this is even BETTER....we took Morgan to the HIbachi restaurant nearby!!!!! She got to watch the chef toss shrimp in the air, make a steaming volcano, and light things on fire! (even though she hid her face!!!!)

Last week we went on a toboggan ride with Michelle and Cari! We got the girls all dressed up!

They were so happy that they hugged!!! Morgan picked Avery up off of the ground!!!

And even though it's blurry, this is my favorite!!! Avery jumping for joy!!! With every present she opened she screamed the same thing: "Oh my goodness, I wanted this all along!!!!! Santa is so sweet!!!!!"
