Celebration Part 2

After the fun morning outside, we went in for a visit from the wildlife refuge, which of course is right up both of our alleys!!

Here is an ornate box turtle. Endangered and very cool! Her name is Jewel!

This is an owl, but I forget his name. He was pretty cool, though.

Waldo the Woodchuk. He was kidnapped from his mommy when he was a baby and the people kept him in their RV for a year until the authorities found out. He lived on pizza and soda. When the refuge people tried to have a female woodchuck teach him the ropes, all she did was beat the crap out of him! Ah!

This is Slither the Snake. Morgan asked the lady why he flicked his tongue in and out!

And finally Grace the Falcon. She can dive at extreme speeds and catch sparrows for dinner. Cool.
