Morgan's End of Year Celebration!

I got a sub and went to Morgan's end of year celebration at school! It was so much fun, and what a beautiful day! Morgan couldn't believe that Mommy was gonna wake her up and bring her to school - without Avery!!! Just us! So we woke, got dressed, got ready, even did her hair! And off we went!

We met up with all of the families at the fire pit to sing songs!

Then we formed different groups to go to different places around campus. Our group took a nature hike through the woods then into the prairie where an upper school kid taught us all about the wildlife and foliage, including the fragrant goldenrod and the hole digging gopher! We also had snacks with her friends, including my principal's niece, Ilsa (in mint green jacket).
